This is the cheapest way to buy a camper and comes with more facilities. You are really beautiful.

You can buy a very luxurious double wide mobile home with fireplace, all appliances, four or five bedrooms, bathroom, carpeting, air conditioning and other things for around $ 35K.

A loan of public housing based on a lot, and do not include all the amenities.

The dark side of life is that campers do not come with garages that are less safe in dangerous weather conditions - strong winds and floods, fires, etc.. And they can not be considered "property" when they are made permanent. The advantage is that they are comfortable to live very cheap to buy and have more interesting things in them when they buy, and if your state levies taxes on them (personal property taxes), then you can take every year instead of up, like property taxes) (property tax.

All of the above disadvantages can be remedied - and mitigation - which does not allow me to stop, especially since he already paid the land, not much, rent or shares in a park somewhere.

I would be obliged in any case, the mobile home. Get a very nice!

WAAAY is cheaper to buy an RV. I live in one and I am writing from my room before we speak. The sun comes directly from the window to the south and turns to the cherry wood floor. Certainly it is good, especially because I had budget of $ 9000.

It is much cheaper to buy an RV. But) mobile homes as little (or nothing. And devalue them at all. If you want to enjoy your home, such as inflation, I would buy a house.
