Pain In Nasal Cavity Will Reconstructive Nasal Surgery Cure Chronic Congestion?

Will reconstructive nasal surgery cure chronic congestion? - pain in nasal cavity

It is rare that I can sleep a few hours without waking breath, I'm more addicted to Flonase. I had a CT scan and my doctor says I'm really screwed. She wants to make a turbinoplasty septoplasty, removal concha bullosa, RAM, and opening my (superior) right nasal cavity. I am afraid of pain, infection, complications, and the resulting scar tissue can make matters worse. Here is my CT-Scan:

Is there anything I can do, other than reconstructive surgery of the nose?
